Get Involved

At Trans Bloom, participation is like tending a living ecosystem—some folks are seasonal visitors, some become steady cultivators, and others hold deep roots. Whether you’re showing up for a day or planting yourself for the long haul, you’re part of the garden. We’re looking for co-conspirators to support in the following areas:

  • Admin (ie. research, budgeting, email reminders, proofreading, etc.)

  • Communications (social media, newsletters, etc.)

  • Graphic designer (help make a logo, brand kit, and marketing materials)

  • Fundraising (ie. Grant writing, donor cultivation, etc.)

  • Building (ie. shade structure, tent platforms, composting toilet, yurt, etc.)

  • Land stewardship (ie. trail making, weed removal, planting garden, etc.)

  • Beautification (ie. painting murals, gathering art materials, etc.)

  • Programming (ie. co-plan an event, DJ a party, give free bodywork, etc.)

    • Join monthly meetings

    • Help coordinate artist residencies, land gatherings, or political education

    • Hold down comms, logistics, or care structures

  • The Deep Roots: Wisdom-keepers, vision-holders, and bridge-builders.

    🌰 What you’ll do:
CAB members are values-aligned people with deep experience who offer intergenerational executive guidance, connect us with strategic relationships, and build towards Trans Bloom’s long-term sustainability. This commitment is 10-15 hours a year.

    • Attend quarterly CAB gatherings

    • Reflect on key decisions or shifts

    • Share mentorship and guidance with organizers

    • Help sustain the long-term health of our ecosystem

    🌰 Who it’s for:
Trans and BIPOC folks with deep organizing experience, sacred knowledge, or elder energy—those who may not be in the day-to-day but still shape our direction.

    🌰 Vibe:
Rooted and radiant. Less hustle, more wisdom. Holding the lantern so others can find their path.
